I would like to volunteer and help with registration. I will be there at 10:00am I can help promote the event I would like to become a sponsor and donate some prizes for the event I would like to volunteer and help with registering participants. I will arrive at 10:00am at the event. I will then participate in the Zumba class I am 18 and over and have printed and signed a liability waiver that I will bring with me I am 18 and over I will sign the liability waiver onsite ($0.99 per form to cover printing and admin. costs ) I am 18 and over and will be with minors. We will all have our completed liability waivers with us I am under 18 and will be accompanied by an Adult (my parents and I will completed my liability waiver and bring it with me) I am an instructor and will be particpating with the other instructors onstage( I will bring my liability waiver with me)

August 18,2012 Guinness World Record Attempt for the Largest Zumba (R) Class

Please arrive between 10:00am and 11:45am to hand in your liability form and be counted as a participant.
A plastic bracelet will be given to you as these will be used to count the number of participants at a cost of $0.99. Keep you bracelet its worth $20 in free Salsa class (You can use your bracelet as voucher for a free salsa class in the fall. Scroll down for more info.)
Your name will also go into a draw for some great prizes.

Please Bring the following with you :

Liability Waiver with you (we will have extras onsite at a small cost)
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in and fitness shoes that allow you to pivot, runners are just fine just be very careful when turning or pivoting.
